Blanch House is a unique, cosmopolitan venue, where exclusive use of the hotel is available for you to have the experience of our bespoke and indulgent, individually furnished 12 bedrooms, our Belle Epoque Suite for a private event and our stylish Lounge Bar, just for you and your guests. This makes Blanch House ideal as an Exclusive Use Wedding Venue, Birthday Party Private Dining Venue or as a two day eclectic meeting space in Brighton. Private Dining and all drinks will be charged separately.
Our 12 unique individually designed guest bedrooms offer a stylish, indulgent, comfortable overnight stay with a delicious substantial Continental breakfast to set you up for your plans for the day. All our rooms are en-suite offering a unique, boutique experience for you to choose.
To start your event invite your special guests for a celebratory drink in our elegant, sumptuous Lounge Bar. Drinks and canapé receptions are a popular way to meet and circulate before going through to the Belle Epoque Suite for lunch or dinner. The Lounge Bar is a fabulous space to use as a break out area when hosting a meeting or conference, or to simply relax and put your feet up with your favourite drink or cocktail at the end of the day.
Blanch House is the perfect elegant venue for a bespoke occasion. Housed in a Grade II Listed Georgian Townhouse, set in a quiet side street in the chic Kemp Town area of Brighton – the seafront and beach are a mere stone’s throw away and the city centre just 10 minutes’ walk.
Blanch House has 12 elegant and uniquely designed en-suite guest bedrooms, a function and meeting space, the stylish Belle Epoque Suite with a homely relaxing Lounge Bar. Exclusive Use of Blanch House as a venue is available, where you can hire the entire hotel to host your individually tailored event.
With regards to parking at Blanch House, we have permits available as part of our Concierge service for you to purchase at £14 for 24 hours on-street parking in the parking zone C, in which Blanch House is situated.
