Blanch House Granola Bar Recipe

Enjoy making your very own Blanch House Granola Bar which we serve as part of our continental breakfast. We are always being asked for the delicious recipe.

So, here it is, just for you!

It’s just so simple to make, no heavy mixing or kneading required – Easy!

TOAST IN THE OVEN

450g oats
225g crushed almonds
225g pumpkin seeds
115g sunflower seeds
150g sesame seeds

MELT TOGETHER

60g unsalted butter
300g honey
120g brown sugar
1 ½ tsp vanilla essence

COMBINE

¼ tsp salt
115g raisins
115g dried apricots
115g dried cranberries

Mix all of the ingredients together and place in a lined baking tray, press down firmly and evenly.

Bake for 25 mins @ 180c. Press down firmly again and leave to cool for at least 2 hours.

Cut into 1 inch squares which will ensure your beautiful granola will last you for longer!
