Here’s our very simple recipe for the perfect Blanch House Manhattan cocktail –
Ingredients
50ml Chivas Regal (12 year old preferably)
20ml Martini Rosso
Angostura Bitters ( 2-3 drops)
Method
Chill one or two martini glasses with ice and water
Pour all ingredients into a shaker with plenty of ice and shake
Double strain into the well chilled martini glass
Garnish with a short length of orange peel
