This lovely cocktail is very timely to start this fabulous summer week – brought to your home, our delicious Blanch House Raspberri Royale. It’s so easy to make and simply perfect to drink while soaking up the sun in the garden or on the beach!
Rasperri Royale Ingredients per person
50 ml (Absolute ) Raspberri Vodka
5/6 raspberries (frozen are great)
25ml sugar syrup (can use maple syrup)
Method
Muddle all the ingredients together (in a beaker with lid will do)
Shake well with plenty of ice (you can even liquidise with ice, even easier!)
Strain in to a well-chilled Martini glass
Top up with your favourite chilled Champagne
Garnish with 2 raspberries in the bottom of the glass
Ready to drink with a short straw
