The Classic Mojito – it’s so easy to make, no cocktail shakers needed for this one
Ingredients
50 ml light rum
25 ml lime juice
25 ml sugar syrup
Soda water (optional)
4-5 Mint sprigs
1 x lime
Soda glass
Method
Using a soda glass add mint sprigs (clapped), sugar syrup, 1 quartered lime, and lime juice and muddle lightly in bottom
Fill glass with cubed ice then add in the rum giving a slight stir. Top up with soda water if preferred
Garnish with lime wheel on rim and place mint sprig top of glass
Serve with straw and swizzle stick
